If you arrived here from Yarn Over you may be wondering why there are no posts about my knitting. Well, that’s because there isn’t really any “my knitting” at the moment. I have 2 sock cuffs (I like to knit both socks at the same time) and a lace shawl that is almost done OTN. The shawl’s been almost done for many months now. I guess I have a kind of knitter’s block. I enjoy reading about and looking at pictures about other people’s knitting. I enjoy following the discussions on several knitting related email lists I subscribe to. I get ideas for future projects. I just don’t feel like knitting now. But I know I will. Sometime.

Was DH’s response to my question about he wanted to listen to after spending most of the evening down my musical memory lane with Gasolin and Mireille Mathieu.

“Hmm, hvad med noget jeg kan forstå?”, var DHs svar da jeg spurgte ham om hvad han gerne ville lytte til efter at det meste af aftenen var gået med genopfriske mine musikalske minder. Kan du sige Gasolin og Mireille Mathieu?

Yarn Over, Slå Om and nurhanne.net have been offline for a couple of days due to a hacker defacing the server. I’m almost done replacing the damaged files. Anyone for a game of Smack the Hacker when I’m done?

Happiness is when DH returns from a 10-day trip to Europe bringing with him an assortment of cheeses, knitting magazines and most importantly: liquorice candy!

Lykke er når DH vender hjem med godter i bagagen fra en 10-dages arbejdstur til Europa: oste, blade om strikning og sidst, men i alt fald ikke mindst: lakrids! Kan du sige Piratoser?
