When The Yarn Speaks II
It took me 2 weeks, but today I finally made a second launch attempt for MS3, and this one went much better than the first one. The yarn I am knitting with is obviously not my 1st choice, but neither is it a 2nd or 3rd choice. In fact it is not my choice it all. I wanted a laceweight MS3, something soft and light. And I do have one or two yarns in my stash that fit that description. I also have some Silkwool that is neither laceweight, nor soft and light. It is fingering weight, rustic and in its current unwashed state, quite cottonlike. It didn’t say “please, pick me”. It said “I must become your MS3!” And I refused, no rustic MS3 for me, thank you! But when the yarn speaks, one can only resist for so long. Perhaps with a pair of dark blue jeans and a white shirt?
